  • You will be required to work across all 3 hotels in your working week

    Ensure the operational performance of the areas listed below to ensure the financial performance targets are hit & to ensure the guests receive 5-star service.

    • Front of House and Rooms

    • Reception and Reservations

    • Food and Beverage

    • Housekeeping

    • Spa Operations

    • Maintenance

    • Kitchen

    • Co-Ordination of departments

    Main Duties:

  • To ensure all our guests receive a warm welcome and are treated to the up most hospitality and care during their stay with us.

    To assist the Operations Manager & General Manager in the day to day running of a busy hotel

    To ensure all complaints are minimised and handled professionally as in accordance with Hotel Policy

    To supervise, motivate, train and recruit the team in line with company objectives and policies

    To coordinate hotel departments.

    To participate in management meetings and hold regular team meetings with all staff members.

    Any other duties as required.

  • You will engage on a 15 month training program within the role, supported internally by an appointed mentor from our leadership team, whilst having the opportunity to gain a Level 4 qualification in management if you so desire.

  • Our hotels are open 365 days a year, 24 hours a day and shifts may vary. We will require you to be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts and over holiday periods. Holiday will not be permitted between July and August, Bank Holidays and over the Christmas and New Year Period. You will be required to wear a uniform and be well presented at all times, your personal presentation is a key responsibility.

A hotel management trainee has to work in close association with different departments in a hotel and assist them in their daily routine operations. A trainee is required to understand the overall operations of the hotel while specializing in one or two areas. Hotel management trainees may have to work closely with front desk managers, general managers, bar and restaurant managers, housekeeping department, and learn from them. 

We use a 12 Month Programme where you will be required to work in all departments throughout all hotels, you will progress through the levels during these months and will have constant objectives that you will be working towards. A Mentor will be working with you during your training to provide support.
