Launched last year, Philema Rewards brought together our previous individual hotel loyalty schemes, creating one simple programme for guests to earn, spend and save across Fistral Beach Hotel and Spa, The Esplanade Hotel, Budock Vean Hotel & Spa, and Boringdon Hall Hotel.

Now refreshed with new perks, Philema Rewards offers greater value and flexibility, helping members make even more of every visit to the hotels, spas and restaurants they love across Devon and Cornwall.

How it works

Free to join, Philema Rewards allows members to earn 1 point for every £1 spent on stays, spa visits and dining when using their registered payment card at any of our award-winning hotels, spas and restaurants within the Philema Collection.

As members spend, they progress through Bronze, Silver and Gold tiers, unlocking exclusive experiences, offers and benefits along the way.

Points are more than numbers; they are invitations to return, rediscover and indulge. Once earned, they can be exchanged for loyalty vouchers to enjoy on future stays, spa treatments and dining experiences across the collection, or gifted to family, friends or colleagues.
